Deliveries offered
Decoclico offers you several delivery options, at home or at a relay point: choose the option best suited to your needs and desires!
The delivery of our packages takes place in mainland France, Corsica, Belle-Île-en-Mer, Île d'Yeu and Île de Groix included, excluding the French Overseas Territories, in Europe and outside Europe in the following countries:
- Germany
- Austria
- Belgium
- The Netherlands
-Luxembourg
- Austria
- Italy
- Spain
The deadline indicated below was sent to us by our service providers and is indicated in working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). This time corresponds to the delivery time once the shipment has been made (the packages have therefore left our warehouses).
It is important to check the condition of the package and delivered items. To do this, please comply with the procedure described in our General Terms and Conditions (article 9.6 - Verification of Products upon delivery).
Return of packaging is possible for certain carriers of large items, but be careful, no returns will be accepted without the original packaging.
I. Delivery in mainland France, Corsica:
A. For space-saving items weighing less than or equal to 30 kg:
Delivery to Relais Point (small parcels) - via Mondial Relay or DPD Relais
Delivery against signature within 48 hours to 72 hours after dispatch.
A notification is sent to alert you of the arrival of the package at a relay point by SMS and/or email.
Processing time at the relay point: 7 calendar days then return to sender.
Home delivery without appointment (Gate or Bottom of building)
Courier delivery without appointment with signature within 48 hours to 72 hours after shipment, Monday to Friday.
A notification is sent to allow you to confirm or modify your delivery day or delivery location precisely by a time slot on the morning of the appointment.
Delivery is free on small items weighing less than 30KG at the relay point or home delivery without appointment from 150€ of purchase
Express home delivery within 24 hours
Delivery against signature within an indicative period of 1 working day (the next day before 1 p.m.) from Tuesday to Saturday for all orders placed before 10 a.m.
A notification is sent to allow you to confirm or modify your delivery day or delivery location precisely by a time slot on the morning of the appointment.
In the event of absence during delivery, a calling card is left by the driver (in addition to the email and SMS). It tells you how to collect the package and where. You then have 15 consecutive days to recover it. Beyond this period, the package is returned.
If the order is placed after 10 a.m., it will not be delivered until the day after
B. For bulky items weighing more than 30 kg:
Home delivery, according to 2 formulas:
Classic Delivery by appointment (Gate or Bottom of building)
Delivery within 2 to 8 days after shipment
Delivery to the foot of the building, to the gate, or to the door, Monday to Friday during the day
The carrier sends the delivery date directly by SMS or email. The customer can reschedule his delivery within 6 days after the first presentation. Beyond this period, the carrier will automatically return the goods and the order will be canceled and refunded, less return costs).
Day slots (between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.)
Delivery to the desired room (floor and/or destination room) from Tuesday to Saturday
Making an appointment by telephone (directly with the carrier)
Day slots (between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) and confirmation of a 2-hour time slot the day before the appointment
Premium delivery by appointment (upstairs and in the room of your choice) - in Ile de France
Delivery within 6 to 8 days after shipment
Delivery to the desired room (floor and/or destination room) from Monday to Sunday
Making an appointment by telephone (directly with the carrier)
3 delivery slots offered: between 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and confirmation of a 2-hour slot the day before the appointment by SMS
II. Delivery in Europe, European Union zone:
Home delivery in Europe to the following countries:
- Germany
- Austria
- Belgium
- The Netherlands

Home delivery without appointment (Gate or Basement)
Courier delivery without appointment with signature within 3 to 5 days after shipment, Monday to Friday.
A notification is sent to allow you to confirm or modify your delivery day or delivery location precisely by a time slot on the morning of the appointment.
B. For bulky items weighing more than 30 kg:
Classic Delivery by appointment (Gate or Bottom of building)
Delivery within 4 to 12 days after shipment
Delivery to the foot of the building, to the gate, or to the door, Monday to Friday during the day
The carrier sends the delivery date directly by SMS or email. The customer can reschedule his delivery within 6 days after the first presentation. Beyond this period, the carrier will automatically return the goods and the order will be canceled and refunded, less return costs).

III. And for Returns
Return requests can be entered directly from your personal space on the site.
You access it via "My Account" > My Orders > Returns.
Then simply click on the “Return an item” tab to tell us the order concerned, the items as well as the reasons for return.
In the event of damage to an item, please report it to us as quickly as possible and please remember to take photos of the anomalies as well as the condition of the package (exterior condition and interior protection), this will allow us to quickly process your file. . Once your return request has been made via your customer area, our customer service advisors will come back to you to ask you to send them these photos.
In the event of withdrawal, you have a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of your order to inform us of your decision.

All return requests will then be processed by our Customer Service team who will get back to you if needed to complete the requests. Please send him any missing information/parts quickly because pending requests for information from the Customer are kept for 30 days by our system. Beyond this period, in the absence of a response from the Customer, they are automatically deleted.
Once the return request is complete, Customer Service will send you:
- the Return Slip, to print and slip into the package (or to affix to the package in the case of bulky products. Be careful to protect this document)
- the return label for delivery to a relay point or pick-up to be printed and affixed to the package or information concerning home collection if the item cannot be returned otherwise.
No order should be returned without these elements.
For small packages (weight <= 30 kg and package dimensions <= 150cm), product returns are made via relay or pick-up points: the package must therefore be dropped off at the nearest point.
For bulky products, a home collection is organized with our carriers (for information it is not always possible to schedule collections on Saturdays)
The items must be returned to us new, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. A quality control is carried out upon receipt of the package in our warehouse, and reimbursement occurs within 14 working days maximum. The refund is made according to the payment method used when ordering.
