At the table with decoclico and @mise.en.table
Une recette, une assiette Anne-Elisabeth from @mise.en.table proposes a recipe for Thai-style udon noodles, in perfect harmony with Frost tableware, hand-finished ceramics made in Portugal by decoclico.
This week, Anne-Elisabeth, of the Instagram account @mise.en.table, welcomes us to her pretty Parisian apartment to sample a Vietnamese recipe in harmony with our tableware from the Frost collection.
This mom, pregnant with her second child, loves to spend time in the kitchen preparing delicious dishes, particularly Asian ones, learned with her in-laws.
step 1 chop all the small vegetables (tomatoes, lime, spring onion, garlic). Then cut the salmon into large cubes.
step 2 fry the grated coconut, crushed garlic and a little sesame oil for 2/3 minutes. Set aside.
step 3 stew the tomatoes in two tablespoons of red curry paste. Add the coconut milk after a few minutes and mix well. Add the salmon cubes and cook over a low heat.
step 4 : Meanwhile, cook the udon noodles. Arrange in the bowls, then add the salmon in coconut milk. Finish with the toppings.
Enjoy!
